On Wednesday at the RSVP annual luncheon Lett Florendo received her Lifetime Presidential Service Award for volunteering over 4,000 hours of her time to various agencies including the food bank. This is a huge accomplishment.

Over the last eight years, Lett has given over 2,200 hours of service time to the Marysville Community Food Bank. The majority of that time was spent as intake lead. She coordinated the other intake volunteers and helped establish and document policies.

Lett is a master at detail. She oversaw the management of our client database and worked hard to ensure data integrity.

Lett is also creative. She produced our volunteer and client name
badges...hundreds of volunteer badges and thousands of client badges. Each one laminated.

Lett's most recent contribution has been with the Food Bank's Toy Store. Just before Christmas Lett can be found at the Toy Store helping to get gifts to hundreds of parents seeking to make Christmas a little more special for their children.

Thank you Lett for your many years of service to the families of Marysville.
